Privacy Policy for Certified Payroll WH-347

Certified Payroll WH-347 ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed as a privacy-first, local-first professional compliance utility for construction contractors, subcontractors, and payroll specialists. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential business, financial, and workforce data.

1. Zero Cloud Uploads & Local Sandbox Storage

All contractor information, employee rosters, social security number fragments (last 4 digits only pursuant to 29 CFR § 5.5(a)(3)(i)), wage determinations, hours worked, fringe benefit allocations, and generated Form WH-347 PDF documents are stored exclusively in your device's local encrypted application sandbox via an encrypted SQLite database.

We do not maintain user databases, cloud tracking servers, or remote analytics endpoints. Your business and employee data never leaves your device.

2. Information Handled Strictly On-Device

• Contractor Profile: Company name, business address, Federal EIN, state contractor license number, and authorized payroll supervisor name/title.
• Project Data: Project name, federal/state contract number, contracting agency, and wage determination numbers.
• Worker & Wage Data: Worker names, truncated SSN (last 4 digits only), classifications, hourly base rates, hourly fringe benefit credits, daily hours worked, gross wages, and deductions.
• Digital Signatures: Digital signatures drawn for the Statement of Compliance (Page 2 of Form WH-347) are stored strictly as vector bitmaps within your local device sandbox.

3. Apple StoreKit 2 & Financial Information

In-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed directly and securely through Apple's native StoreKit 2 framework. We do not receive, process, or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking information. Apple handles all transaction billing according to its standard Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Tracking & Advertising Disclosures

Under Apple's App Privacy questionnaire (Guideline 5.1.1):

• No IDFA Tracking: We do not track users across third-party apps or websites.
• No Analytics SDKs: No third-party behavioral analytics (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Meta Pixel) are embedded in the App.
• Data Classification: Classified under Apple's App Store Connect as No Data Collected.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

Because all data resides locally on your device, you maintain total control over your records. You can permanently delete any worker, timesheet entry, payroll week, or entire project at any time within the App. Uninstalling the App permanently erases all local database records.
