1. License Grant & Standard Apple EULA
The App is licensed, not sold, to you by the developer for use strictly under the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control, pursuant to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA.
2. Nature of Service: Compliance & Mathematical Calculation Disclaimer
Certified Payroll WH-347 is an administrative calculation engine and official Form WH-347 document generator engineered to assist contractors in preparing certified payroll reports pursuant to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA), Copeland Act, and state prevailing wage statutes.
The App does not provide formal legal advice, certified public accounting (CPA) services, or government labor audit representation. All wage determination rates, worker classifications, fringe benefit credits, and tax withholding amounts must be independently reviewed and verified by your authorized payroll officer or qualified legal/CPA counsel before final submission to public agencies.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing (StoreKit 2)
Subscription Products & Pricing:
- Monthly Pro Pass: $19.99 USD / Month. Provides unlimited projects, unwatermarked official Form WH-347 PDF exports, and bona fide fringe annualization engines.
- Annual Pro Pass: $149.99 USD / Year. Includes an official 7-Day Free Trial Introductory Offer.
App Store Auto-Renewal Rules:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the 7-day free trial period where applicable.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the standard selected rate ($19.99/mo or $149.99/yr).
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF CONTRACTS, CIVIL MONEY PENALTIES, DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AUDIT ASSESSMENTS, WAGE RESTITUTION ORDERS, DEBARMENT, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
